Relaxation Tea to the rescue! It’s important that you’re nourished while you’re resting, which is why I sourced a medley of herbs that will be sure to fill your cup while you rest your mind. Made with Organic Chamomile, Spearmint, and Oat straw.
Passionflower- helps anxiety, sleep issues, ADHD
Chamomile- improves sleep quality and digestive health
Spearmint- reduces stress, aids in digestive distress
Oat Straw- nervine tonic, nourishing, reduces anxiety
Directions: Add one teaspoon of herbal tea to 8oz of hot water. Steep for 5-20min. The longer you steep, the stronger the medicinal properties.
